Carol Einarsson is a freelance writer with a passion for motorsports. She's been writing about NASCAR for 15 years, including five years with Insider Racing News, and a year under contract with Knight Ridder Publications writing for the Charlotte Observer's racing-focused website.
You can find some of her stories published in the Chicken Soup for the Soul books, Chicken Soup for the NASCAR Soul and Chicken Soup for the Soul - Moms and Sons.
Her website Race Journal Online enjoyed its first full race season in 2007, and in less than two years achieved more than a million hits by word of mouth advertising. The site has now relaunched with a more professional appearance with the goal of becoming an even larger presence in the world of motorsports journalism.
